WITHIN THE ENTERPRENEURIAL DISTRICT FOLLOWING
ACTIVITIES CAN BE PERFORMED:
Production of goods,
Refeinment of goods,
Providing services at the plot from I/1 to IV/6.
THE PROPERTY PRICE:
For the plots from number 4/1 to 6/3 the price
is 30 kn/m2;
For other plots the price is 37 kn/m2.
TERMS
The purchaser is obliged to commence performing
the activities for which he had been granted the
right to buy the land within one year at the latest
of signing the contract of buying the land
When signing the contract the purchaser is
obliged to submit to the County of Karlovac a bank
warranty or a deposit as means of insurance in the
amount of sale value of the subject-land.

PREFERENCE:
Those tenderers who fulfill at least one of
the following terms will be given preference
in purchasing the land:
- Employing a greater number of work
force
- Performing production activities
- Export-oriented activities
POTENTIAL IMPETUS:
- Investors are in its entirety exempt
from paying communal taxes;
- When importing equipments, those
enterpreneurs who have headquarters in
the Business park, can keep on purveying
the equipment free of duty;
- Enterpreneurs with headquarters in
the Business park do not pay property
sales tax;
- Income tax amounts to 5% - if the
company's headquarters are in the
Business park, and if the enterpreneur
employs more than 5 employees, out of
whom more than 50% have a residence and
reside in the Area of special state's
care (PPDS, cro. / ASSC,eng.);
- Income tax of self-supporting
activity amounts to 25% of the tax that
has been established, in case more than
two employees have been employed, out of
whom more than 50% have a residence and
reside in the ASSC.
